I recently moved from the fountains. For the years that I lived there, the experience was exceptional. The staff as well as my neighbors treated my children and I like family. The office staff are very responsive and do such a great job. But when you live in apartment style living the most important people for residents are the maintenance staff. We care about how fast they come when a maintenance request is put in, are they knowledgeable about the issue at hand and can they resolve it quickly. I must say that the 3 maintenance staff are truly the best. If I could have taken them to my new community, I would. Not only are they great at their jobs, but they are also very kind people. I could really go on and on about the staff here. I would recommend this community to anyone. The location is great also.

I cannot say enough good things about The Fountains at Deerwood. From the moment I reached out, the entire team was outstanding. I had a very tight timeline, but the property manager provided incredible support and was personally involved in making sure my application was processed quickly. I was able to sign my lease in just three days. The entire staff was communicative, professional, and truly went above and beyond. I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful place to call home!
My family has lived at The Fountains at Deerwood for over three years, and our experience has been excellent. One of the main reasons we continue to call this community home is because of the outstanding maintenance and office staff. Any issues or concerns are addressed quickly and professionally, especially when it comes to maintenance requests. Riada, Andres, and Robert are truly the best maintenance team I have ever experienced in a rental community — responsive, reliable, and always helpful. The community itself is consistently clean, quiet, and peaceful, which makes living here even more enjoyable. We are very happy to be part of this community, and I want to thank the entire Fountains at Deerwood staff for the excellent work they do every day.
From the first tour to move-in day, Rachel was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. It’s rare to find someone who is both efficient and personable, and she definitely went above and beyond. I’m so happy with my decision to move here and highly recommend working with Rachel if you’re looking for a new apartment!
Genuinely can say living here has beat other apartments and townhouses in the area, it’s very quiet and the full area is very nice to look at, it doesn’t feel like you’re in a complex. The office staff are amazing they don’t make you feel crazy for asking normal questions or about having maintenance done. I have no complaints, it’s the first time since moving to this side of town anything has felt like an actual community.
