Savanna helped me make the hardest decision between new construction or re-sale, she showed me the options and pros and cons to both and I felt comfortable knowing I was in control of my decision with zero pressure, I have worked with realtors before who only care about a sale, but she didn't care about the sale at all, she only cared that I was confident in my purchase and knew all my options before buying! The closing was smooth and I am so thankful for such an honest real estate agent!
She came to see my home that was for sale, she was interested in buying it for herself. My home is not financeable because it’s a old mobile on land. She claimed that she was talking to her mortgage company and asking me all kinds of questions about the property. Then she threatened me that my home didn’t have a permit for the roof! That I might have to tear it off and put another permitted one on. You don’t need permits for Saint johns county for mobile homes! All the back-and-forth was a waste of my time because she has no money to pay for this in cash! I believe her tactic was to bully and harass me and scare me into selling my property cheep! Stay away from Sa¥@##@ and this office!
