I found this place and immediately felt at home. The workouts are the best and owners / instructors are incredible and some of the kindest people you'll meet. I've been struggling with shoulder and neck pain chronically and they have been so helpful in modifying and stretching and it's already improved from the pilates itself. Looking forward to all the classes ahead!
Joining Forme has been the best decision I have made for my body! The instructors, Gabby and Maggie, are amazing. The variety of moves in each class is my favorite thing about their studio. You will feel stronger with every class. I am reaching my health goals thanks to this studio! I look forward to each class with these ladies. Try them out, you will be happy you did. 10/10
New studio opened in Mall 2121! Book a class today, and enjoy an invigorating experience. Spacious and plenty of equipment and instruction, to get you into the healthy lifestyle you are looking for.
I joined Frome Pilates and have been really enjoying classes with Dr Maggie V and Gabby. The studio is a safe, inviting and encouraging environment. I am so grateful that we have such an excellent team as instructors and really enjoy their classes!
Forme is FOR ME! 🙌 I’m 4 months post-baby and finally found something that gives me motivation and confidence in moving my body. The instructors are very hands on and have helped me adjust each move to my level. It’s an intimate, one on one experience that will leave you feeling powerful and recharged! Clean, fresh environment with lots of community. Try out a class, you won’t be disappointed! 👏
