I’m confused by some of these negative reviews. I’ve now been here several times in the evening with a packed house and had an excellent experience considering how busy they were (during World Cup matches). The first time I went there Hannah (waitress) was so accommodating and went above the norm to find me a seat (and table) when literally every seat was taken. She actually rolled out a table from who knows where so I could enjoy the game better! I’ve never seen a waitress do something like that. The times I’ve been there the staff had excellent service and the food was really good too. Recommend the salad and pretzel. Very fun place to be during games.

I was going to a place nearby and saw this place across the street so I decided to check it out. It looked great on the inside but the service was definitely poor. I placed my order. The gentleman who took the order was pleasant. I asked to have my dessert first as I was graving something sweet. That did not happen. I was not even disappointed in that as much as what happened afterwards. I get my food without any silverware or napkins. I wait for sometime to get that but that does not happen. I get the attention of one of the staff to request for it but he never showed up with the items. At this point I’ve already waited past 15 minutes for silverware and napkins. I keeping sitting and waiting. The First Gentleman comes back to check in and at that point my food is already cold, just sitting there and the service has been terrible so far so I request for my bill and to-go containers for both my meal and dessert. Before that, I inform him about needing some silverware and napkins. He comes back without that but brings the to-go box and a bag. I asked for it again and request for something to put my dessert in as the boxes he brought can’t hold the ice cream. He then tells me they don’t have anything for that and he doesn’t know how to help me. I was completely shocked. I have never experienced such bad service in a comparable establishment. After talking to him for sometime and expressing my surprise and dissatisfaction, he tells me he will go and see if there’s anything for my dessert. He never shows up too. You need to do better. The place does not match the service at all. Total waste of my time. Ruined my afternoon. As patient as I am, I’m still waiting hoping that at least he’ll have the decency to come and give me feedback or bring me a container for my ice cream. Of course, that never happened. I finally walk up to the bar and request for a container or cup for my dessert. By this time, my ice cream and brownie have already turned into ice cream liquid. At least the bartender returned with a container for the ice cream. The same container the guy told me they did not have. I can’t tell if it’s just disrespect, the lack of attention, priority for certain people and not others or what. There’s absolutely no reason you should totally be so bad at your service and disrespectful of an individual’s time like this.

I just had my son’s 8th birthday here with 6 of his best friends- it was awesome!! Hannah went above and beyond, even beforehand while helping me plan and coordinate! The kids had a blast not only playing golf but dodgeball, basketball, football, all the balls! And us parents enjoyed sitting back, visiting, and having a drink! Not the standard kid b’day place but so much better. We will be back for regular play days too. Thanks again to Hannah- she is wonderful!!

We just stopped in after being at the chocolate bar for a drink so no food was ordered but it did look great coming out! We ordered the special mojitos and they were ok, service was good my only complaint was the restrooms were pretty icky. But there was a big game and they were busy so maybe they were being ran thru a bit.
