Florida's Choice Realty Jacksonville

Rodney made buying our first home the easiest process possible! I’ve never had somebody willing to work with me and make it to where I had to the minimum amount of work possible during something like this! We will forever be so grateful for him and all of his help in closing on our first home!

Matthew James is by far the best realtor we’ve ever worked with! He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made us feel at ease throughout the entire process—especially while helping us find the perfect home during our out-of-state move. Thank you, Matthew!

Jeremy Greenfield was an incredible agent to work with. He worked hard in a short timeframe to help find our new home. He got all answers quickly and understood exactly what we were looking for. I would suggest Jeremy to anyone and will definitely go with him again! Thank you Jeremy!!

My husband and I used Matthew James as our realtor to buy our first home and we could not be happier. We met him at an open house and he instantly impressed us with his great personality, knowledge of the industry, and thorough answers to all of our questions. We sent him a few houses that we were interested in looking at and he surprised us with a longer list that had a variety of types of homes on it. He took notes at every property about what we liked, didn't like, if it was a good price, any changes we would make, etc. One of the houses he showed us, turned out to be the house we fell in love with! We would have never looked at it if it wasn't for him. He was so responsive and patient and answered all of our questions and kept us up to date with what was going on from the offer, inspections, repairs, all the way to closing! He goes above and beyond and found us an awesome inspector as well as an insurance broker that was so great and saved us money! He came to closing to make sure everything was all good and that we were happy. We highly recommend him and are so happy that we had him as our realtor.
