Florida Theatre, Inc.

This is a beautiful theater with a really unique architectural style. Artistic details are everywhere, and have been preserved beautifully. The sound was incredible- clear and crisp without being too loud and overwhelming. And the staff: delightful! Very warm, inviting, & helpful. My only "complaint" is that there aren't enough toilets, but that's a really hard thing to add to a historical building such as this. At least t be e facilities were very clean and well stocked. I look forward to attending more shows at the Florida Theater!

The Florida Theater is my favorite place to see live entertainment in Jacksonville! I saw Voyage the Journey tribute band and was blown away! Pedro the lead singer belted out the hits for 1.5 hours then stuck around for pictures and to talk with fans after the show. Every single band member was top notch! And I saw Journey on their Jacksonville stop last month! I like the Jacksonville Theater because the stage is much closer to the average audience member. Big screens aren't needed like in the arena concerts. And a cup holder at my seat is a big plus too! Nearby parking for $10.00 is great.

I've been to a few shows here and always have a great time! The location downtown has plenty of parking. I wish they were little snacks like popcorn or even nachos, but I understand limitations. They do have some chips and candy available to buy.

What a great concert venue!! We went to the Neil Diamond cover band last night. The sound was fantastic! The vibe was excellent but the staff really blew me away. They were super friendly and attentive. My father was in the handicap seating and they took us down the handicap access hallway. It showed us where the restroom was and they were so incredibly accommodating. It just felt like everyone there wanted to be helpful. It was unlike any other experience I’ve ever had at a concert. I’d give more stars than five stars if I could! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
