I finished the class almost 2 weeks ago and I just passed the exam at my first time. Al is amazing, he's funny , "mean" :)) and very disciplined. He push the students studying very well. I used to get another online class but it did not work for me so i gave up and registered his class. However Al's class just occurs 2 weeks so it's very fast. You should combine study at home and focus for it a lot to catch the speed. I recommend do all of the quiz after every chapter on the text book, Al's quiz and the test on the text book to practice. I also recommend studying Al's class, it will help you much.

First off, this course is no joke. If you are not prepared to study then you may want to consider something else. With that being said, Mr Al is an amazing instructor and will give you all the information you need to be succesful. His teaching style is unconventional by today’s standards but extremely effective! He is exactly the kind of instructor you would want to prepare you for the exam. He used many real world scenarios and some of his own experiences to drive home important points that you will need to remember for the test and for the rest of your career. I would recommend Florida school of real estate to anyone who is thinking of stepping into the real estate field.

I chose the Florida School of Real Estate two week course and am very glad that I did. Trust me when I say that Al is possibly the best instructor for this subject. His humor, knowledge, and personal interaction makes the course enjoyable. I would be lying if i said that the subject is easy...it isn't, but with Al's guidance, you will succeed. He takes your success personally. Follow what he says: devote time to the reading, review your daily notes, and go back and read some more. Immerse yourself for these two weeks and you'll be prepared to take the State Exam and you'll be on your way to a bright future.

Alaric was great! He made a really dry topic very entertaining. I took the 2 week course. It was a lot of hard work but I got my license within 3 weeks of the first day of class. Be prepared to take photos of the slides, they go fast! I highly recommend clearing your schedule to just focus on this class as much as possible, it is a ton of info and you'll need lots of time to study! If you read the chapters ahead of class and study at home, you'll do well.
