Florida Pest Control

I get monthly service and haven't had much issue other than the mosquito treatments do not appear to be working well as we cannot sit outside in our yard without getting eaten up. I unfortunately found termites so I set up for termite Inspection, treatments and remediation. Rob the termite inspector was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We were pleased with the inspection and felt confident that the termites would be eradicated. Our confidence was dashed by the lack of professionalism of the tech, lack of follow through and lack of communication. It has been over a month and a half and we are still waiting for the techs to finish the job we paid for. The termites swamped in our house and we reached out to the tech with absolutely no response or instruction. They have returned 2 since starting tje treatment each time with only a notice late in the day before arriving. They said they would add more bait boxes and never did. It has been 1 1/2 weeks since any of the techs have communicated with us even though I called last Friday to file a complaint and escalate our issue. I am gravely disappointed and do not recommend Florida Pest Control especially for termite issues. Now if they don't eradicate these termites I am going to have to get a lawyer to get my money back for warranty services not rendered. This has been an extremely stressful, time consuming and frustrating experience. Do yourself a favor don't believe the good reviews on here.

Jon provided excellent, professional, efficient, & polite service …. & with a smile too. He also shared a great tip to help decrease the tiny flies that appear when I’m away from home for longer periods of time. And my pup also got a special doggie treat too!!!

Joyce arrived on time, was professional and friendly. Performed the annual inspection in a timely manner and I couldn't have been more pleased. Definitely an asset to the company.
