My husband and I went to Florida Paints to purchase the same door color the house has. Since it’s a former model home, we did not have any info on the colors nor did we know the lot number. Wes and Elmer were fantastic! They had to track down the design team to find out the colors we needed. Not only did they locate the needed colors, they gave me the entire house design paperwork so I now have info on everything! They were so nice to us! Can’t say enough good things about the customer service. Highly recommend!!!!
As a custom home builder I work with a lot of suppliers. The team at Florida Paints- East Jacksonville is one of the best when it comes to service, support and professionalism- especially Wes the area manager!!! I would recommend them without hesitation.
Please ask for Wes! He was the absolute best with customer service and knowledge. I had a very demanding and difficult project and he helped make it easy!!!!! Will use again and again! THANK YOU!!!!!!
Florida Paint is an excellent company! The staff is always helpful, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about their products. They truly stand behind what they sell, and I appreciate that they always have everything I need in stock. It’s clear they take pride in their customer service and the quality of their paint. I highly recommend Florida Paint to anyone looking for great products and dependable service!
