I have had a great experience at Florida Eye Specialists. I am always greeted warmly and the office staff are very friendly. Even the other patients have been very friendly as well. You definitely don't get that everywhere.
I saw Dr Maier for an emergency because my regular doctor was not available. Dr Maier and all his staff were so nice, accommodating and reassuring to me regarding my eye emergency and handled my issue promptly. I am so very grateful. I highly recommend Dr Maier and his office.
My appointment was 10:30am. I arrived 9:50am, I was call back for field testing and other testing.I was seen by the doctor at 12:15pm, I noticed that other patients that had arrived after me was see and left before I finished my appointment. Also I was not informed that I would have to come back for another appointment to get a prescription for glasses, this procedure was not done.that will cost me another $75.00. after 2 hours and 25mins, this is a rip off.
Each person i dealt with was kind, friendly and professional, from Jason, who did my intake tests, to Dr. Maier, who explained my diagnosis to Jennifer, who scheduled my surgery and explained my different options. I would certainly recommend this excellent team of eye professionals.
It was a pleasure to be in such a kind and caring environment. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Dr Maier diagnosed my issue and I am very grateful to him. I will follow his recommendations to take care of my eyes.
