Empire plumbing first came in to fix a gas leak that I had already located and pointed out. Their guys came and couldn’t find the GAS leak which took me 1 minute to find. So finally when they looked at the picture I sent they decided to replace the heater. They moved various objects of mine to get to the heater including a couple weights, cooler and beach stuff. Not only did they not put a single item back where they found it, but they also left loose nails and screws all over my garage in that area. So after my 10 hour shift I couldn’t park in my garage and had to finish their cleanup work. I texted them complaining and go no response. Terrible, unprofessional and incompetent company.
Jacob and Kyle did great job on our toilet after it flooded. I was so surprised that they were able to get to my home under minutes. They even detailed our toilet and gave us new appliances too! They were very polite to my small children and did everything all within a few hours. I'd love to have this company again. They really go above and beyond.
I rent & this is the second plumbing co that has been out to fix our TOTAL house blockage, which I have been dealing with for a month. From the moment I spoke to Elvis over the phone, I felt heard. The two men that showed up to fix it, Daniel & Travis, were professional, courteous, and even when it looked like they were not gonna be able to fix (in the scope that my landlord allowed) they explained patiently for me to understand - and said they were going to keep trying... and DID & WAS SUCCESSFUL. They are heros in MY BOOK anyways! Much respect !!
After months of back and forth with another plumber and my mgt company, two men from Empire showed up 20 mins earlier than the window we had agreed on (which I would prefer over being late, just be mindful of that and get dressed. Lol), and breezed through the repair in about a half hour!! The previous plumber said there’d need to be a building water shutdown, which is an extra headache as a renter in a condo community. These guys did it by just turning off the water servicing my unit. They were both really pleasant. Also I realized after they left that they went above and beyond and even tightened my toilet seat, which has been loose for months, but I couldn’t fix it on my own because of dexterity issues. So I really appreciate that!
All four of the individuals who have serviced my home have been incredibly professional, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Elvis has been very polite and given accurate arrival times. The plumbers all showed up on time, explained everything in detail, and were refreshingly not condescending while talking about plumbing with a single female. I highly recommend Florida Empire Plumbing!
