Fantastic company. Had our roof replaced and they did a great job. Was done quickly and the end product is fantastic. Customer service was also on point. Our sales rep Ethan walked us through step by step and was always there if we had questions along the way. Would definitely recommend this company.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company and feel it’s important to share. From the beginning, there were serious issues with transparency. When they initially came to my door, I was told my deductible would be $500, but it later turned out to be $2,000. That alone was frustrating, but the problems didn’t stop there. I was under the impression that my roof would be completed by Elite Roofing, a Florida company with strong reviews. However, I later discovered the work was actually subcontracted to another company, Bruzz. The quality of the work itself was also concerning. There was no proper preparation—no tarp was laid down to protect my property—which resulted in roofing debris being scattered everywhere. I found roof materials in my grill, smoker, and even in my dogs’ outdoor water bowls. There are still remnants left across my patio. Additionally, my front yard lamps were knocked over during the process and not put back. It felt like the materials were simply thrown down without care or attention to the surrounding area. Overall, the lack of honesty and professionalism from the start, combined with poor workmanship and cleanup, made this a very negative experience. If you’re considering this company, I strongly recommend asking detailed questions about who will actually perform the work and ensuring everything is clearly documented beforehand.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Florida Elite Roofing, especially working with Rich. From start to finish, Rich was incredibly helpful throughout the entire roof replacement process. He took the time to explain every step, answered all of my questions promptly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed the whole way through. Dealing with a roof replacement can feel overwhelming, but Rich made it smooth and stress-free. He stayed on top of everything, kept me updated on timelines, and ensured the job was completed efficiently and professionally. His communication, knowledge, and attention to detail truly stood out. If you’re considering a roof replacement, I highly recommend Florida Elite Roofing — and definitely ask for Rich. He made a big difference in what could have been a stressful experience.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. They came out and completed my roof. However they subcontracted Bruzz Roofing and didn't pay them. Now Bruzz Roofing placed a Claim of Lien on my house even though I paid Florida Elite in full. I've been trying to reach out to Florida Elite but they won't answer by phone or email. My guess is that they took the money and ran; and the owner calls himself a veteran. From a retired 20 year veteran myself you're making us look bad. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
