I had an outstanding experience working with Keni L. throughout the process of obtaining my Florida Class D and Class G licenses. Keni provided amazing guidance, professionalism, and support every step of the way. Her knowledge of the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services requirements made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. Keni was incredibly helpful in answering my questions, explaining the licensing requirements, and ensuring I had everything needed to successfully complete the process. Her attention to detail, patience, and dedication to customer service truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Keni L. to anyone seeking assistance with Class D and Class G licensing. Thank you for your incredible help and commitment to making the experience so positive and efficient!
My concealed carry expired over a year ago so I was unable to renew it online. Talked to someone on the phone and they told me I needed to reapply for my license. Made an appointment online for the next day I had off. Ended up showing up 20 minutes early and was seen immediately. Everything went smooth and quick. I was probably in and out in 10 minutes.
Came to renew CCW permit as I mistakenly allowed it to expire. Came to the office to get a new one. They saw me very shortly after my arrival, and did all my renewal paperwork, including a change of address from my driver’s license. System was down at the time, but the staff was very attentive and communicative during the delay. Total time in-line the office was about fifty minutes, including the delay because they had to reboot the computer served. Overall, very pleasant experience.
Applied for concealed weapons permit. Staff was very helpful and efficient. The entire process of filling out the form, getting photographed and fingerprinted took about 10 minutes.
It was clean, easy to find and plenty of parking. License office has good staff and is plenty secure.
