Customer Service was pretty good from the young lady who took my order, but when she handed me my food, hair was hanging from the bag. I told her bout it she just reached to grab the hair I told her I wanted a new bag she didn’t have a problem with that! I started eating the food and the chicken had a nasty raw taste to it and when I took it out my mouth it had something blue in it. I took it back and she still had good customer service she told the manager who was fixing plates I needed a refund he never came after waiting a while the young lady came and assisted me with the refund with no problem. That was my first time eating there in years and I won’t be going back!
9-13-25 Young lady assisted me at the front counter to make a good choice korean chicken bowl and (I) add half of avocado 2.59 expensive it did turn out great with the meal. She help me on choosing sauce too. Thank you again 😊 I haven't been at 1 of your location since I will say before the pandemic hit.
I ordered 2 white meat chicken bowls with white rice and veggies…. When I got my food home I realized hot sauce was already added to the bowls. I did NOT request that. It was so spicy that it ruined the bowls . I called up there several times but the phone was never answered . Wasted $28 bucks.
So I ordered a side of chicken and a side of steak bulgolggi. The menu price on the wall was $5.29 for chicken and $6.59 for steak bulgolggi. Chicken rang up $5.89 and the steak $7.39. When I asked the employee about this, she said “oh that’s old.” ….. and then she did nothing to fix my over charge. So your never busy store can’t take 2 minutes to climb a ladder and fix the knowingly incorrect price. Got it. I’m reporting you all the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. ….. and you wonder why you’re in a crazy busy area but get sporadic business. Perfect example. It’s why I won’t be back. And it’s a relatively small overcharge, like $1.40, but it’s the principal of it. If I reached into your pocket and took $1.40 out of it, you’d be upset. Do better and be ethical with how you run a business.
Wow. What an exciting find. I came for lunch at 12:00pm. It wasn’t busy. The food was so fresh. I ordered the Korean chicken bowl, it spicy like advertised. I did a veggie base and a side cabbage salad. The cabbage salad has its own dressing. They have these other great sauces you can try with you meal. I used the magic sauce as it is a teriyaki sauce to bring down the heat of the Korean chicken as I mentioned it is spicy like advertised. The vegetables base were lightly steamed and crunchy. Definitely a go to for eating healthier ! Can’t wait to come back and try something new!
