Thank you so much to Laurie! She restored my daughter Jasmin's phone and she is very happy. We appreciate you working so hard and caring so much for all your customers, you are absolutely the best phone repair, and customer service. 🌼🌸🌷🪻
Brought my child's tablet to have a screen fixed on Friday. The lady said it'd be a few hrs but I said I'd return on Saturday. Came back Saturday evening at 7:54pm and it still wasn't done. She said I could come Sunday when though they weren't open. Showed up Sunday and it's closed. Came back this afternoon at 1215pm and they still aren't open and I have never received a call from this establishment. I've given my number twice and left a message, still no response
Awesome shop!! Laurie really knows what she is doing!! Also be patient!! Remember it takes a village and she is part of our village!!
What amazing and honest customer service! From the moment I walked in, Gloria listened and quickly understood my phone issues. I had previously taken my phone to one of those franchise fixy stores. They quoted my a higher price to replace my phone's batery. Gloria's price was definitely more cost effective, she saved me $25 over their inflated quote. Plus her friendly, helpful and honest demeanor won my trust. If you have any issues with your mobile devices, this is the place to go! I drove over from Orange Park, but it was well worth the drive. 10 Stars is what the business deserves. I am now a client for life! Come and see why, you will not be disappointed, I guarantee it.
I had my iPhone screen replaced at Fixie Cell Phone Repair and couldn’t be happier. The turnaround was fast, pricing was clear, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable tech repairs.
