Our main bathroom tub and shower were in great need of an update/replacement after a leak left us with a tub we could no longer use and all that wasted space. We contacted Five Star and after a productive and very helpful meeting with Jessica, we decided to move forward with the complete replacement and shower install. Victor and David completed the install in a timely manner and communicated with us during the entire process to ensure the end product was in line with our original design. Everyone we spoke with during the process from the initial consultant, project manager, installers, owner, etc. were very helpful. We love our new space and the ease of the whole process and have already recommended Five Star to several of our friends and family members. We would definitely use them again in the future and appreciate all of their hard work in creating the end result.
We needed our shower stall updated but also wanted to keep our tub. We extended our shower a bit and got a new soaker tub. Five Star did a beautiful job despite some hiccups. It makes me happy to enter my master bath and I’m excited to get away from tile and switch to something way easier to clean and maintain. I don’t have to worry about tiles to seal or grout to clean. I have a second bathtub that will need updating in a few years and will go with Five Star again. The staff were friendly and professional. The transferable lifetime warranty is also a bonus. I recommend them for your bath/shower needs. Thank you Five Star!
Mark and Kevin showed up on time and did an excellent job of keeping us informed about how and when they were going to proceed. Very courteous and efficient in getting the job completed in the time they told us. Would recommend Five Star Bath to anyone who is interested in doing this type of work!!
UPDATE: I love my master shower so much, I had them come back and do the guest. Joe, Charlie and Avery worked on this one, and I got the exact same experience. In other words, I would still give them 10 stars if I could. 5 star came highly recommended to me and they do not disappoint! Joe and Charlie were always on time, even a little early. Friendly, professional and got straight to work. They left my bath just as clean as they found it. I LOVE my new shower!! I would give them 10 stars if I could.
Mom had a walk-in shower installed. The whole process was extremely easy. Communication was excellent. Installer Joel promptly showed up both days with his helper Briar. Very professional, protected her property, cleaned up, and went over all of the features of her new shower. *shower was completed in two days but it was not disclosed at the time of the sales contract that shower doors were intalled by a different glass installer due to the warranty. Nothing was mentioned they were not installed until days later. The glass company said they didn't have the glass and weren't able to install on that Wednesday. It was three days later so my elderly mom was not able to use the shower until Saturday. I'm not sure why all the materials weren't ordered and ready to complete the job within those three days. They had over a month and half before install. When I contacted the sales person, their reply was they were not informed of the change of glass company until I emailed. Her reply was "sorry for the inconvenience." Now, shower door is not opening correctly and needs adjusting. It has been very difficult getting someone to address my calls, voicemail and texts! The sale to get your business was good and the installers were absolutely wonderful but I am not impressed with the aftercare. Still waiting.
