The store overall had exactly what we needed. However, checking out the staff were persistent on putting my email in, and the lady was hovering over me. Said lady was admiring my bag and whilst doing so she decided touching my bag and my back was okay. She needs to understand that touching customers is unacceptable and makes me super uncomfortable.
Head to this store! The staff are incredibly helpful and caring. Plus, they have the best items!
My granddaughter loves everything they sell! Loves the selection of stick on nails and all the girlie stuff. Clean store
I usually have a great experience at this store which is why this visit was so disappointing. Unfortunately my interaction with an employee named Jennifer was very unpleasant. She had a rude attitude, did not seem willing to help, and did not appear friendly or welcoming. I also noticed her being short and dismissive with her coworkers..insane!!! It’s really upsetting because I normally enjoy coming to this location, but this experience left a bad impression. I hope management looks into this, as customer service makes a big difference. At this point, I’m reconsidering coming back to this location.
The sales associate was helpful in finding last minute items for 4th of July.
