Zumba with Carmen is truly a gem! The energy in her classes is infectious, and she creates such a welcoming and uplifting community. Everyone—from beginners to Zumba veterans—are welcome and leave feeling encouraged and supported. Carmen’s choreography is both fun and challenging, always keeping things fresh and exciting. She has an amazing ability to push us to do our best while still making every class feel like a party. I leave every session feeling stronger, happier, and more connected. Highly recommend to anyone looking for fitness, fun, and fantastic people!
