Whole family used to love this place. Got a random bearing noise and WSS code at same time then went away. Signs of failing wheel bearing. Dropped truck off for rear bearing replacement only. Usually do myself but I was busy. Didn’t make contact for 7 days. Came to get truck and was told they don’t know if it’s bearing or not. Said I needed to drive more. Left shop and drive 15 miles wheel bearing goes out and trashes rear end and wheel speed sensors. $2k fix. Exactly what I was trying to avoid. Could have been avoided if they did what was asked. Simple job of a $60 bearings with no diagnostic needed made very complicated and expensive. It’s a shame because I liked this place and the owner.
I have been using this mechanic for over ten years now, and I am very pleased. BJ has provided maintenance on my 15 year old vehicle, from new tires, alignments, oil changes, brakes, struts, and engine mounts to name a few off the top of my head. I feel my car has continued to operate like new because of the work he has done for me. Sometimes I have to wait, as he is busy. When it's my turn, he takes the time to explain what needs to be done, shows me what is wrong and the steps needed for the repair. Afterwards, he even shows me the fault parts he removed and how they had failed. After I pay, he provides the needed paperwork, invoice and explains the warranty. I will continue to give BJ my business and I hope you will too 😃

Just after my hundred thousand mile warranty By 2000 miles started having cam and lifter issues took my car to the dealership that quoted me over $9800.00 To repair And no help or support from GM warranty. I was in a very bad position until I heard of these guys brought my car in and within four days they have it up and running almost 40% the price of The dealership The owner very nice guy came out spoke to me multiple times Called me multiple times throughout the process asking me if I wanted additional work since work is already being Giving me the choice to opt out or agree to And warranting his work On the receipt for 50,000 mile guarantee from today And that I can bring it back for A free repair of fallen back with with the same issue I’m one month and driving it And she feels like a new truck!
My husband had his truck repaired two other times at another shop.I am so impressed with this shop and their communication and great prices. Finally found a nice honest place to take our automobiles and feel stress free that they will not rip you off or make things worse. Thank you for all your hard work knowing we will be safe on the roads.
