Great professional and down to earth guy. Who talk to you like a friend even though he's there to do a job. Gave me tips on my appliance which some repairmen just want to be paid. I'll recommend Winston to anyone who is need of his skills.
Very Unprofessional. My refrigerator was down for four days and after communicating back and for via text message the gentleman could not tell me when he was coming to fix it. He said Monday, that turn to Tuesday and on Tuesday he said possibly Wednesday. It had already been 5 days without a refrigerator. Don't accept a job if you are too busy, you could have saved me time to find another technician. When I finally said I was getting another technician, there was no remorse for his unprofessional demeanor.
Winston came by and was able to diagnose my samsung refrigerator. He was able to get the part and fix it the same day. He explained everything he was doing and had very fair pricing for the work he did. 100% would recommend.
Called these guys and right away they were able to help. Did a great job, would highly recommend!
