Just had a roof installed with First Light Home Services for my grandmother. We applied for our new roof in October of 2025 through our insurance company. We ended up having to go through a whole run-around with our insurance company to get them to finally approve and cover our new roof, but First Light Home Services never gave up on us! They pressed with our insurance company for approximately 6 months until my insurance company finally approved our new roof! First Light Home Service then quickly added us to their schedule, and started ordering all material needed for our new roof. After 1-2 weeks, we were scheduled and our new roof was being installed! Installation finished yesterday, and we are completely ecstatic about our new roof! They used quality materials and completed our roof quickly and efficiently in three days. With approximately 32-33 hours of hard work (Day 1: 14hrs, Day 2: 13hrs, Day 3: 5-6hrs). We are 100% satisfied with our new roof! Thank you so much, First Light Home Service!
Wonderful company to work with...AMAZING people!! The guys were easy to work with...Brian, Keith, Corey, and the crew. CLEAN-UP was phenomenal! Not one nail remained!! Highly recommend for your roofing needs.
First Light dis an AWESOME job on our new roof. I am so glad we went with this company. Josh Hunt did an excellent job explaining the process of the new roof and inspecting the old roof. He was able to detect hail/wind damage and worked with our insurance company to come to a resolution. The roof install went flawlessly, Keith Rowell the Site Supervisor was very attentive and everything went as planned. They left my property better than when they came the clean up was amazing. I will definitely recommend First Light to all my neighbors/friends/family!!!
From Our first appointment, First Light Home Services have 100% been on- point with communication through the whole process of making a claim with our insurance company, which was approved. From Dealing with the owners and their team, it has been smooth sailing, and we are extremely happy with their attention to detail and protecting our home, windows, pool, pavers etc.. during the entire project, they had two project managers on site that were on any issue that was at hand! Also, both owners stopped by to make sure we were satisfied. First Light Home Services are on a Higher Level when it comes the Roofing Industry and Customer Service, Communication and their higher standards! Five Star Salute!! Will add Pictures here soon!
Excellent experience from start to finish with First Light Home Services for our roof replacement. Brian Whitcomb, the sales representative, was incredibly knowledgeable and worked hard fighting with the insurance company to help us get solid coverage and payouts. He kept us informed throughout the entire process and communicated every step thoroughly, which made everything much less stressful. Keith Rowell was on site the whole time and always available for any questions or concerns we had. It was reassuring knowing someone attentive and professional was overseeing the project from beginning to end. The office staff at First Light Home Services was also fantastic, friendly, responsive, and always on top of anything that needed attention. The entire team made the process smooth and efficient. Highly recommend First Light Home Services if you want professionalism, communication, and a team that truly advocates for their customers.
