First Federal Bank

Several months ago my company check was mailed out for payment to a supplier for just over $20,000.00. The support i received was to offer me the opportunity to inspect every check i write as they come back to the bank to be paid out. Self inspect my checks and pay for the right to inspect my own checks, that would also put the fault in my lap instead of there's.... we finally got our money through provisional credit, but not because they offered, because I fought for it, because they acted like they didn't know what that was, or even if it applied.... fast forward to December 5th it happens again for $19,283.23 and again with the telling me I must get positive pay so I myself can protect my money that the bank has..... and still no provisional credit 2 weeks later!!!!!! I'm done with FIRST FEDERAL BANK FERNANDINA FLORIDA. GOING BANK SHOPPING IN THE MORNING!!!! GONNA MISS THE DRIVE THRU LADIES THOUGH.

I have been with First Federal Bank Of Florida for many many years. I have always had great interactions with the staff. I called up Nicki to assist me with some banking and she was on top of it and got it done in just a couple of days. Great friendly and professional attitude made it a plus with her efficiency! We have banked with this branch for at least a decade. The bank itself is spotless clean always, as are the exterior grounds. The service is FIVE star. Many of the tellers have been helping us since day one, and they are ALL a pleasure. Anytime I need to go inside, I am welcomed immediately and taken care of with extreme professionalism.
