Carrie Ann walked us through every step of the sales process from A to Z. She advised us on an appropriate asking price and then succeeded in obtaining more than our asking price. Carrie Ann was always super responsive when we had questions as to the process for the sale of our home. She truly understood the personal aspects of selling a home, which was extremely important to us. She advised on house cleaners, presentation of the home, and set up photography of the home. My wife and I had to depart for an overseas assignment and Carrie Ann set up the closing on the property to be done virtually from overseas and educated us on this process which set us up for success. We can't thank Carrie Ann enough for all she did for us and the sale of our home. She dedicated herself to our sale. She is a consummate professional who will achieve exceptional results for you. When we return to the Florida we will be seeking out Carrie Ann's expertise for the purchase of our next home.

Carrie Ann went above and beyond our expectations! She was always professional and still showed she really cared. We even caught her vacuuming our new house before we arrived. We actually had a terrible experience due to the SELLER'S realtor and her unprofessional behavior. However, Carrie Ann made sure that we stayed happy all the way through our home-buying experience.
