First Coast Supply

We recently purchased a new washer and dryer set. Don Bedsole was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the market, availability, and timelines, and ultimately helped us decide on an option that was as reliable but cheaper and more available than the option we initially wanted. Tim and his team were also very helpful to us with addressing all concerns and customer service matters. Thank you!

I ordered my appliance package through salesperson Don. Was offered, in writing, the option of receiving a monetary refund or an extended warranty if I went with a current promotion. I chose the extended warranty as I had spent a great sum on the Wolf/Subzero package that included a total of 7 appliances. The extended warranty offer was the deciding factor as to why I purchased this particular package. The appliances came in staggered, with some taking well over a YEAR to arrive. Of course they blamed in on the manufacturer and Covid. Upon arrival and install, the installation "professionals" at First Coast Supply damaged my brand new custom cabinets. I had to have them repainted. Then, when it came time to ensure that I had indeed received my extended warranty, I learned that I did not have the extended warranty as agreed due to not "selecting" this and filling out some form. This was the first I heard of it and I certainly never received the form. First Coast supply had over a year to inform me of this and never did. First Coast Supply has essentially placed the blame on me and is refusing to do anything about the situation. Their response is "we cannot do anything about it." Some much for customer service. This is the second full kitchen appliance package I have purchased from First Coast Supply. I would highly recommend avoiding this business for any of your needs. They are happy to take your money and then when they make a mistake, they blame it on the customer and refuse to make it right. Don't make the same mistake that I did.

The granite shop did an excellent job with installing a new countertop for me. Worked with Marc from the beginning he was a pleasure working with. He came out and measured to see what size piece of quartz we needed for our small kitchen. Other places wanted us to come pick it out first. I was on a tight budget so was able to find a piece remnant. Thanks everyone for a great job.

I had a GE Monogram range installed today by Jason and DeWayne. They were excellent, thorough and extremely courteous gentlemen. Appreciate their professionalism ! Michele Schemmenti was our designer as we also did new countertops. She was amazing to work with!
