Finally, I found a shop that cares about first-time quality, timely service, fair pricing, follow-through, and customer service. Zack took great care of my Suzuki 250 earlier this year after it had been sitting for about five years. He did a thorough check of the motor during its service and made sure to communicate anything he found or thought could cause me issues down the road. Needless to say, the motor has run like a top all summer with absolutely no issues. It’s refreshing to find a shop that takes pride in their work and stands behind it. I’ll definitely be going back.

I’ve used this shop in the past and have had nothing but good things to say until they had my boat for six weeks and we’re not able to fix but yet cause more problems for me. I felt like I was not a priority at all! He first stated it was my IAC value and replaced it. Put a new binnacle and shifter cables on. The binnacle Was the Amazon Prime special piece of crap. Then water tested my boat, and my lower unit went out on him and i have never had any issues in the past with the lower and they had zero sympathy or a solution. He also put a new balancer on the motor and A throttle position sensor Which has to be calibrated to the motor and it was not which was causing it to run like crap. I picked my boat up and paid $1700 and took it to another shop the next day and they were able to get everything fixed and running better than ever in just one day! What they couldn’t do in 6 weeks! I tried to get my old binnacle back and reached out multiple times. I feel very disrespected and not valued as a customer. Also, you deal with McKenzie on the phone the whole time for scheduling and all other needs she is very nice and try’s her best. But she does not understand certain things about a boat, and I asked to speak to the Mechanic Zach multiple times and never heard or got an understanding of what is really going on until I picked my boat up. Just very disappointed in a family ran business.

Found Zach and his wife Mackenzie online after calling multiple places that were either weeks out or just charging ridiculous rates. They are a fairly new shop. I will always bring my boat to Zach moving forward. Best service I’ve every had with any boat repair shop/person. Zach and Mackenzie are great people to do business with. I received before and after photos of all the work being done including videos. Also a very detailed diagnostic report which follows up with a job summary report where Zach details job items he encountered along the way. He even replaced a few misc seals he found damaged. To top it off he touched up my lower unit with a quick sand and paint at no extra charge. Great service, awesome turn around time.

This place is phenomenal! First off the customer service, top notch, prices very reasonable, communicates well. I had a VST that needed replacing in my Zuke before my next tournament, they diagnosed ordered the parts and fixed it timely. Even let me know what it was, and pricing of just parts if I wanted to do it myself. Then on top that, pics and vids of the before and after. If I need something repaired again, I’ll definitely be going back. Check these guys out, you won’t be disappointed. THANK YOU!!!! 😊
