My wife and I are first time home-sellers, and First Coast Heroes really made the process as easy as it could be. Our realtor, Jacob, is phenomenal. While majority of our sale was done remotely, Jacob has been instrumental in making sure the process was smooth for us. He kept us up to date every step of the way, made sure all questions were answered and provided his feedback when needed. He was absolutely perfect! Vanessa Day was our transaction coordinator, and she also sent daily emails and updates throughout the process for us to keep us up to date. She was very professional and always responded quickly when we had questions. I can’t stress enough how helpful they all were throughout this process, and I HIGHLY recommend them for anyone buying or selling their home!

If I could give more than 5 stars, these guys definitely earned it! This was our second experience with Eric and his team, this time around we were both the sellers and buyers. Eric helped us find exactly what we were looking for and got our listing under contract in under a week!!! His knowledge and experience allowed for a smooth process, even when we challenged him with a double closing (we closed on our sale in the morning and closed on our new home that afternoon) The incredible teamwork and support from the entire First Coast Heroes team makes for a wonderful and flawless experience! I especially appreciated the weekly updates from Vanessa, they kept us up to date on important deadlines and what to expect next! 10/10 would recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy or sell!
