Dale was amazing! 🙌 He was super nice and professional. He explained everything, and made sure we understood everything he was doing every step of the way. He worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up when done. We had leaks due to old plumbing and fixtures, and he fixed it right up. No more leaks and the new fixtures look fantastic! Couldn't be happier. 😁
I had received an estimate for water heater replacement from the technician Raphael a very well knowledge and respectable technician. So much so I specifically requested him by name Raphael to come back a replace my old unit. Very professionally done. This guy was / is an amazing person and professional. Ben Buchholz and his teem mate were absolutely Amazing and extremely professional! As a currently employed Engineer / Maintenance Mechanic at a very well renowned rehabilitation facility. (Local and must not be named because of legal contractual consent.) I deal with vendors of HVAC, plumbing, electrical technician, door service, and on an so forth…. Both gentlemen were quick, knowledgeable, immediately recognized issues and handled them like the professionals they are! Well done fellas!!!!
Cody Kaufman was the rep that came to my house. He was efficient and very professional. Explained the issues with my water heater and provided solutions with reasonable pricing. He resolved the immediate issues and provided pricing and advice for future repairs that would keep the unit working efficiently and effectively. Appreciated the timeliness, reasonable pricing and Codys’ professionalism and expertise as my situation was an emergency. Will use Fenwick in the future. Thank you for handling a critical situation with ease and patient professionalism.
