Chance was the representative to assist me during my adjustment for my very first watch! He was absolutely amazing and provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire transaction. He provided additional information for me to be more knowledgeable about my watch and ensured the fit was meeting my expectation and informed me the adjustment cost was a one time fee for lifetime adjustment on this ONE SPECIFIC watch! Which is amazing in my opinion. He also mentioned the expected wait time which didn’t even come close to that estimated time. VERY FAST AND EFFICIENT!

Sam, Daniel, and the entire team at Fast Fix were absolutely fantastic! I came in to have my wedding ring resized for our upcoming wedding, remove a couple of links from my watch, and get both pieces thoroughly cleaned. The ring has a special engraving, and because it needed to be sized down quite a bit, there was a real risk of damaging it. Sam took extra time and showed incredible care to preserve the engraving perfectly — and now the ring fits beautifully. My watch came back looking absolutely brand new after the cleaning. I was truly amazed by the results! They even had the perfect watch in stock for my fiancée’s birthday this coming week and sold it to me at a great deal.
