Chris and Gary at Famous Lube were on it. Even though I rolled in behind schedule on a Sunday morning, they didn’t flinch. They had my Dodge Ram 2500 in and out for an oil change fast. I left not just on time, but genuinely happy with their efficient, no-nonsense service.
Excellent service. Great conversation from pollo. He was a great guy and gave me a very fair deal. I’ve driven by here for 15 years and regret not getting my oil done here sooner. It’s much cheaper than take 5 or jiffy or anywhere else I promise you. Told my family to come here for their oil change and will recommend them to everyone !
These 2 guys were great. It was pouring rain and I was driving back from Dr's appt for my elderly client in their car and the rubber started to separate from drivers window wipers. I usually for myself use car part chains for wiper blades. We needed them quick my vision was impaired. I drove by them and pulled over to call them to see if they provided that service and had them for a 10 yr old car. I turned around and went back. It was nice to be able to pull in a bay were my client could stay in their car as they had to use a walker. They were so customer service oriented. They also put some air in the tires, checked fluid levels and cleaned window. No service fee just the cost of wipers $31. I will definitely go back for my vehicles and recommend.
DONT TRUST THEM!!!! Upon an Easy 15 minute oil change that cost me over $100. They removed and discarded The Skid plate nder my engine. Very un professional service tro say the least.
Price is fair. Service was quick. Techs are knowledgeable and friendly. Much better to take your vehicle here, rather than "break"5 😉.
