We’ve had a wonderful experience with Family Therapy Associates. We work with Lauren, who is incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding. She does an amazing job balancing both of our personalities while keeping us focused and working toward the same overall goals. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the facility is clean, comfortable, and inviting. We also really appreciate how easy the online portal makes it to schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments. Overall, we highly recommend Family Therapy Associates to anyone looking for caring and professional support for their family or relationship.

I have been coming to Family Therapy Associates for over a year. I was skeptical about finding another therapist who could meet my needs of healing and that I can personally bond with. I took my leap of faith based on Google research and reviews. Thank goodness, too! They matched me with the perfect therapist (whether you're single or as a couple)! The new location is just absolutely amazing! I highly recommend that if you're in need of healing and guidance, Family Therapy Associates will be amazing for you!

I had a really disappointing experience at this therapy center. The amount of paperwork was overwhelming, and the prices are extremely high — $570 per 2-hour session. After only two sessions, we were told that our therapist, who was unlicensed but still in school, was being let go. He was fantastic, but the center overall was not. The administration staff were unhelpful and unapproachable, and they seemed more focused on billing than supporting families. They offered to switch us to another therapist, but the new person did not meet our needs at all. We ended up spending over $1,700 with no real progress, and were left feeling stuck and in limbo once our therapist was let go. I’ve spoken with friends who are therapists, and they agreed that these rates are unreasonable for the level of care provided. Unfortunately, it felt like they were taking advantage of hardworking families rather than genuinely helping. I cannot recommend this center.
