I can't say enough good things about this office! As a new patient, I came in with a lot of anxiety after having some bad experiences at another dental practice. I was nervous about starting over, but everyone here made the process so much easier. One of the biggest reasons I made the switch was because Dr. Van actually took the time to listen to me and understand my financial situation—something I didn't feel my previous dentist ever did. I truly appreciated being treated with compassion and respect instead of feeling like just another patient. From the very beginning, Kambri was incredible. She helped schedule my new patient appointment quickly, patiently answered my many questions, and continued to be just as kind and helpful at my follow-up visit. Her friendly and caring attitude made such a difference. Mandy, the dental assistant, was equally amazing. She was gentle, reassuring, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I'm so grateful I decided to make the change. For the first time in a long time, I feel confident that I'm in the right hands, and I'm excited to finally get my smile back. I highly recommend this office to anyone—especially if you've had negative dental experiences in the past!

I really appreciate this practice. Everyone is really professional, and Doctor Van is a fantastic dentist. I truly appreciate his professionalism and the fact that he follows up with his patients in the evening to see how they are doing. That is truly meaningful and caring. I also love that the staff continually tries to create a whimsical environment with fun decorations. To reflect each season and holiday. What a great team.
I had an excellent experience with Paula, the dental hygienist. She was incredibly kind, professional, and gentle throughout my entire appointment. She took the time to explain everything she was doing, made sure I was comfortable, and answered all of my questions with patience. Her attention to detail and genuine care made the cleaning process easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate her dedication to providing outstanding care. I highly recommend Paula to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and exceptional dental hygienist. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
Dr. Vann, and his crew at Family Smiles did a great job on my mouth. I had upper teeth removed and Dentures installed they look great and fit well , I would highly recommend Dr.Vann and his crew for all of dental needs
My family and I love this office. Great staff. Very attentive and friendly. Front desk is very good when coding makes an error, which happened once in the three years we've been going there. Can't say enough good things about Family Smiles.
