I went to this office for over 30 years. It started when I was 7 and Doctor Standish had a very small practice on wells road. When I say we, I mean my mom, my husband, myself, and my 3 kids all went to this practice. There is a woman named Marissa who works at the front office with billing and she is a nightmare. She was sending my Dad bills and he wasn’t even a patient at the practice. She was overcharging me and my husband for services. Anytime I tried to bring it up to her. She just wanted to fight about it. My husband is 100% disabled veteran and went in today because the VA recommended he go there for outpatient services. It is a guaranteed paycheck because VA pays The entire bill. When I left the practice, I told Marissa to charge me every dime I owed because I would not make another payment believing I had already overpaid several times on my bill. About three months later, I received a bill for about $120 that I promptly put in the trash. My mom had Lots of work done over the years that had warranties with the work and she walked away from all of it because she was tired of dealing with the lady at the front office. We all walked away and said nothing, until today. It definitely proved to me that they’re about the bottom dollar and not about the people they take care of anymore. I would not have left a review but to turn away 100% disabled veteran is absolutely crap. They know the bill will be covered. While I miss Standish terribly I have since switched to Black Creek dental and will never look back. The office staff is as friendly as the dentist.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The office is warm and inviting, and the staff is friendly, caring, and professional. My first consultation and cleaning were an excellent experience. Dr Kelly was patient, took the time to listen to my concerns, and thoroughly explained my dental issues and treatment options without making me feel rushed. I truly appreciated the personalized care and attention I received. I’m so glad I chose this practice and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional dental care
Today was my 1st appt. @ Eagle Harbor and I must say that i felt like a rockstar! The staff made me feel as if i were a 20 yr patient! Great expierence from start to finish and I am for the first time truly excited my dental future. Cheese😁
First visit! From the start it was a great experience. The front office staff is super kind! Brittany V. Gave me the best cleaning ever. Amazing! My teeth look and feel great. Hunter and Amber are absolutely wonderful! Great to be around and learn from. Dr. Kelly is passionate about providing you with the best information to make the most informed decision for your dental health. She’s wonderful! You can tell this office takes pride in helping and appreciates each patient. I will be back in 6 months!
I can't say that I enjoy going to the dentist but I never dread going to Eagle Harbor Dental. The staff and doctors are so friendly, caring, thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I truly feel like I am in good hands and never feel nervous. The facility is warm, welcoming and very clean. I cant recommend them enough. I have been a client for over 25 years and cant imagine going anywhere else.
