  We had a fantastic experience with Blake at Family Kia of St. Augustine and would absolutely recommend asking for him by name. My wife and I had a very specific wish list, and there wasn’t a factory trim or model that gave both of us everything we wanted. Blake took the time to understand what mattered to each of us, helped us find the right vehicle, and then coordinated with multiple people and outside vendors to customize and personalize it so we ended up with exactly what we were hoping for. He also helped us get a fair value for our trade and a great deal on the new vehicle. Throughout the process, Blake was responsive, patient, knowledgeable, and focused on finding solutions rather than pushing us toward whatever happened to be on the lot. Ted was excellent on the financing side as well and secured us a phenomenal rate that made the overall deal even better. This purchase had a lot more moving pieces than a typical car deal, and Blake did an outstanding job coordinating everything from beginning to end. If you’re buying a vehicle from Family Kia of St. Augustine, ask for Blake. He went well beyond what we expected from a salesperson and made sure we drove away with a vehicle that felt completely customized to us. Five stars for Blake, Ted, and the Family Kia team.
