  Expelled son with zero explanation or conversation. An individual who texts us asking for scholarship approval said today simply, '' You need to pick up your son. He is expelled.''. Second incident with this school. The first was perhaps worse given that if our review was not removed that he could not attend school there this year. Furthermore the school informed us that our review was upsetting parents and that they were actually making threats against the individuals who left the review. The initial incident is they told my son to remove his shoes, his book bag contents, followed by reaching into his pockets for what they claimed he smelled like. They did not contact police, or his parents, they simply did what they wanted to under assumptions, rather then actual facts. It's hard to explain to a child when adults segregate you without explanation. Then they begin telling them to remove their property. Then a stranger from your school your supposed to trust reaches their hands into your child's pockets and searches them without legitimate cause or reason. This particular incident was extremely upsetting to me and my family that I wanted him removed and the primary reason I left my initial review of how this school can be expected to treat anyone's child,unless of course you are their family. Today is the last day for them to accept a scholarship for the next 9 weeks. Today is the day they expelled him. We were not called, but texted that our son has been expelled. No explanation other then the side our child provided us. Initially just after 3 weeks one of the teachers/pastors approached us outside and told us in front of my child that this may not be a place for your child to be going to. Maybe you should take him to another school. They claimed his hair was too long. I implore any family or individual seriously considering this institution for their child to seek any other possible option elsewhere.
