Pros: -Welcoming and friendly congregation. Everyone says hello. -Lots of seating -High energy worship -Childrens service available Cons: -Sermon is a video of another church not in person. -Bring a coat it's cold! -I personally didn't recognize any of the songs sung. Notes: The paster who we watched online felt like a Christian comedian. He kept repeating the samethings over and over. It was hard to maintain any focus. He read the first passage but didn't go into detail or go through Scripture. I personally don't feel like you should be saying "a$$" in church! Regardless of a joke or it being listed in previous Bible versions. It be one thing if you read it right from Scripture but not okay if your saying it to be able to make a joke. (Which he did) My husband did like the service although he said he was falling asleep.
Great Christian atmosphere. They welcome you AS YOU ARE. Fancy and formal are not required. People are genuinely glad to be there. Preaching is broadcast live from another location but pastors are on-site as well. The preaching is awesome and you really feel the Holy Spirit presence.
Elevate Life Church opened a campus in Macclenny at the Middle School in January 2023. My husband and I were excited about this but were not sure about attending because we love attending church on Saturday. We decided to make this our backup campus in case we couldn't go on Saturdays. But the 1st time we showed up, Macclenny showed out! What a warm welcoming home feeling. The worship team is on fire. I even had the opportunity to witness the guys on the soundboard worshipping. They were jamming! I chuckled to myself because typically IT guys are pretty stoic, but not these guys. Jesus was all over them. Come visit, you'll find yourself at home, loved and appreciated.
Welcome Home! I've never felt such sense of belonging and unity for Christ in our community. A fantastic facility with worship, pristine children's environments, and ways to serve the mission of Jesus is such a blessing. I'm so glad a location was launched here in Macclenny! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new home church.
I have recently started attending this church. It's very similar to my previous church. Everyone is so kind and Welcoming. They preach an on point sermon. So Grateful to be a part of it!
