I want to first start out by saying I do not recommend this company and when it comes to them coming to the property and looking at it and giving you a price then at closing the price is totally different from what they said it would be. Do no verbal with them.I'm sorry that you but when you are selling a home to someone and they don't want to call you back they don't want to talk to you and it's been going on for 3 months and all they tell you is oh yeah I'll call you back this afternoon they don't do that how can you trust someone that doesn't ever respond back to what they're telling you. Just be cautious if you use them and make sure you get everything in writing do not sign the piece of paper until you have gone over it and make sure what he is telling you is on the that piece of paper because they will throw that back in your face as far as are concerned.
