Expansive Groover-Stewart Building

This office share/co-work space is absolutely delightful! The building is old, but really cool. The lobby is inviting and welcoming. The property/operations manager, Lauryn, is even more delightful and welcoming! The offices on the north side 2nd floor have large open windows (see pic). I honestly didn't inventory the rest! The south side of the building overlooks another building. The lobby has refrigerators (two), dishes and flatware, dishwashers (two), microwaves (two), coffee/espresso/latte machines (two), tea bags, etc. All this was a wonderful surprise. There's a printer/copier available, but I haven't investigated that yet. There's conference room and party space available. If you need space downtown, but don't want or need full on office space, this building is a really great option!

Joining Expansive in Jacksonville this year has been great. The space itself is beautiful and productive, but the team is what truly makes it special. Very attentive, welcoming, and always goes above and beyond for their clients. Highly recommend!

I joined the community about 3 months ago and my experience has been fantastic! I have made several business and personal connections since joining the community. Lauryn, the Community Hospitality Manager, has also gone above and beyond to make me and every other member of the community feel welcome. The monthly events she has planned have been a highlight of mine since joining the community. I look forward to my continued stay with Expansive!

Expansive is a great location in downtown Jax, Lauryn walked us through and helped us find what best suited our needs. She was a great help. Looking for an excuse to come back.
