Evans Commercial Properties, Inc.

Alex is hardworking and knowledgeable. He knows the Northeast Florida market well. We enjoy working with him and would recommend his services to anyone looking to lease or buy commercial real estate.

We have worked with Alex for over 10 years and have nothing but wonderful things to say. He's a stand up gentleman, client focused, and truly goes above and beyond to bring deals together. In an over digitized economy Alex doesn't hesitate to roll his sleeves up and put in the work. Similarly, he is up to speed on all things digital. Can't recommend enough~

Alex Evans has been a great resource for my clients and referrals sent to him. He has been a true professional and very knowledgeable inside the local Real Estate market, providing guidance and insight others have not. Alex is trustworthy and experienced and will provide you the information and guide you are looking for.

Hope this finds you well!! I wanted to take a moment to thank Alex Evans (Evans Commercial Properties) for an incredibly amazing experience.
