I'm so glad my neighbors referred me to Evans. The folks there are friendly and take good care of you. My wifes truck flatlinded on me on Monday. I got a jump start and brought it to Evans. Rob and Nate squeezed my truck into their schedule and had me back on the road the next day. They also performed numerous routine maintenance and the truck runs great. My experience with Evans Automotive was EXCELLENT! I actually have never felt so comfortable and at ease when it came to fixing my vehicle. ⭐️Customer Service was excellent! ⭐️Listening to my concerns was top tier! ⭐️Communication was wonderful! ⭐️The computerized system of alerting by text the cost, issue with car and confirming appointments was insanely convenient! ⭐️Most of all my car was fixed on time and I also received a ride from Evans to another destination until my vehicle was being fixed. Evans has been the only shop to work on my truck ( left the local dealership due to overinflated costs and unnecessary repairs). Great deals on tires, mechanics that explain in detail what needs to be done and they let me know when something may be an issue or need maintenance in the future. They maintain all the vehicles in our family and they stand by their work. They also do reasonably priced used car inspections if you bring the vehicle to them!

After being a faithful customer at another locally owned shop for over a decade it was time to find another due to workmanship issues there. I've heard great things about Evans and wanted to give them a go. I brought in my 2002 GMC Sierra which I've owned since new. Recently my truck developed tire issues that I literally tried getting resolved days prior at my old shop. I met with Rob who in no time he had diagnosed the issue with the tech. Compared to what I was use to at my prior repair shop I was extremely impressed with Evans professionalism and top tier diagnosis system. The problem was immediately discovered and remedied while I waited. Additionally Rob took the time to go over other repairs that would help my truck's ride improve even more, which were never mentioned to me by my old shop. Evans was also very honest with their recommendations. That is very noteworthy in this day and age. I look forward to doing business with Evans from here on out.
