Ethan Allen

Very patient and helpful team as we made our decisions. Came to the house to support selection of rug and fabric. Quality combined with extra service helps the Ethan Allen brand and local team standout!

The manager of this store, Christina, is a great testimony to EA. She was very responsive to our concerns when we had one issue with our sofa and followed up multiple times to ensure that everything was properly resolved. Excellent experience!

My experience in purchasing furniture and accessories was made much easier thanks to the guidance of Julie Holland, one of the designers at the Ethan Allen store at the Jacksonville Town Center. She was professional , patient and attentive during the entire process. I felt confident in working with her and felt that we were able to make some great choices. I can't wait until I get to see what we picked out in my own home. I would recommend Julie to anyone seeking to invest in nice furniture. I look forward to working with her again and want to thank her for all of her efforts.

To update my previous review, Ethan Allen Corp. responded in lightning speed to reconcile my concerns with the intent of providing complete satisfaction. Their efforts are very commendable, providing total satisfaction with them as our high quality furniture source.
