Susan is very knowledgeable and an awesome realtor. She was able to help me sell my condo and I am very pleased with the outcome of the sale.

Ed and Susan were exceptional to work with and provided outstanding service. I felt I was well informed, updated, and properly advised throughout the entire process of securing our desired property and navigating through closing. The most incredible aspect was there continued follow up and involvement even after we closed on the home to make sure we were well situated and comfortable moving in. I was very pleased with my experience working with them and am confident that their service and genuine interest for others will serve anyone who chooses to work with them well.
Ed and Susan were both fantastic to work with from the beginning to the end. From day 1 Ed was on the ground running to get me 360 videos of any properties I found interesting since I could not be in the city while I was searching for my house. He always had the video recorded and uploaded within 10 hours of me expressing any interest in a home. Once I found the home that was right for me, Susan was great about getting everything set up so I could track what dates everything needed to be done by. Overall, Ed and Susan made buying my first house a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have an amazing experience when buying a house!
We were so thankful for Susan’s knowledge of the area and finding our house in Fleming Island. She was always there for us and always had a solution for any problem. She kept us informed and was always available when we needed her. Thank you Susan!!
It was my pleasure to work with Susan. She is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very meticulous agent. Also, we worked remotely. I was in California and she was selling my house in Florida. The whole process was fast, efficient and pleasant. Highly recommended!
