My child was having a very hard time in school I called and was told I’d get a call back later that day as the intake person wasn’t available. The next day or a couple later I finally got a call, but after much discussion I felt great about having her counseling my child. We set up the appointment, I rushed and got all the required paperwork done. The appointment was first thing in the morning so his siblings rode the bus, and I was going to take him after the appointment. Well I get a message the counselor will be out sick that day, and will reschedule when she’s back in the office. Well shoot, I really had to pump him up, cause he doesn’t like opening up to strangers. I understand people get sick. I explained the situation to him, and then drove to school. The part that really irritates me, is the counselor knew how much my child and I have been going through and even now a month later has NEVER reached out to reschedule!

The staff here is wonderful. Everyone is incredibly helpful. Working with Danielle has been great. She’s been kind and understanding when it comes to dealing with my issues.
