As the operations manager for a roofing contractor, I deal with a ton of suppliers and subs every day. ERS Metals has quickly become one of the best partners we’ve added in the past year. Their Instant Metal Quote platform has made quoting standing seam projects way easier for our sales team. We can knock out a quote in minutes, see accurate material pricing right away, and go straight into ordering instead of the usual email ping-pong that drags everything out. We’ve ordered several standing seam packages from them and everything has gone great. The material shows up well-organized, the pricing is very competitive, and their communication has been solid from start to finish. A couple times when we needed help with our installs, we brought in ERS Installations. The crews were professional, fully insured, and honestly easy to have on site!! No headaches! It’s refreshing to work with a company that actually gets the contractor side of things and supports you the whole way, from quoting to material supply to install. Overall, ERS has helped us take on more metal roofing jobs with a lot more confidence.
