Erica is a great real estate agent. We moved to Fruit Cove FL from the west coast and we felt very comfortable working with Erica. She was always available for questions either on the phone or in person to show us around. Erica is very knowledgeable and helped us out with everything we needed in reference to local inspectors, etc. We will refer our friends to her if they need an agent. I would definitely use her again someday.
