Epik Burger

This was my first time at this location, and it went above my expectations. The food was very good, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was chill, but it could have used a little cleaning. I got their signature burger, a few different orders of fries, and a milkshake for a little over 30 bucks, which is great value. It is not your typical fast food; you are going to wait just a little longer. I love my burgers medium-well, and at this place, you have that option. That is a win in my book. A few things this place can work on are how the to-go orders are packed and making sure all the tables are wiped down. Overall, it was a great experience. I will be back for more.

We decided to give this place a try after The Scoop recommended their burgers, and we’re glad we did. We’ve never been to the original location, but they recently opened in St. Johns and we wanted to check it out. The concept is fast food with premium quality. Once you arrive, you order at a kiosk—very straightforward and easy to use. One thing we really liked was the variety of add-ons available, from different sauces and cheeses to multiple bread options, which lets you customize your burger exactly how you want it. We ordered two Old School burgers with different types of fries, plus a kids’ meal. Everything came out perfectly and right on time. The food was fresh, well assembled, and satisfying across the board. Even though it’s a kiosk-based ordering system, the service stood out. The staff was very nice, attentive, and made sure everything was correct. Overall, a great addition to St. Johns if you’re looking for a quick meal that doesn’t feel like typical fast food. We’ll definitely be back.

I usually love this place they always have good gluten free options and food however I feel like there should be more of a warning the the drive through is not actually a drive through it’s a pick up spot for online orders. The only place that says it’s for online orders only is when you actually are in the drive through line. The only thing that would make this place better is to have an actual drive through and not a online pick up only drive though also if they could make the milkshakes when the food is just about ready to come out that would be great too I had mine made and given to me seconds after placing the order and have began to melt before the food even came out placed order at 1:38 milkshakes came out around the same time and food was ready at 1:55 so an almost full 20 minutes of the milkshakes sitting out plus my 10 minute drive home
