It’s great having strength training and pilates in one place. All the instructors are very knowledgeable. I have longstanding back and knee issues and I appreciate they focus on correct form and take the time with each client.
Aaron and his team are so knowledgable and dedicated to their clients. It's a great studio with great vibes!
I had such a great experience at Enhance! I took a reformer class with Aaron, and he did an amazing job personalizing the workout to exactly what I was looking for. The studio is beautiful, welcoming, and has such a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!!!
Aaron and his team are the best around!
Great classes with experienced instructors, I always get a quality workout. Their approach to strength and movement for longevity is exceptional. Their modalities through pilates reformer and functional movement has been great for my overall health and I can tell a difference in my strength, balance and flexibility to support my daily life and active lifestyle. I love the new facility, variety of equipment, and the ability to take different classes to keep pushing my body with healthy challenges that I can feel confident about.
