  A vibe and experience with the right variety of classes! Energy Studio is unlike anything else in the STA area, and I'm not exaggerating. From the moment you walk in, you can feel it — the mood lighting, the sound, those soaring industrial ceilings — it doesn't feel like a typical gym or studio, it feels like an experience. I've taken classes at a lot of other studios, and none of them come close to the vibe here. The instructors are what really set this place apart, though. I've taken classes with Lindsay, John, and Jenny so far, and every single one brought something different — not just strong physical instruction, but real guidance for the mind too. They each offer little reflections or things to sit with during class, so you leave feeling like you worked on more than just your body. That mental and physical balance is what yoga is supposed to be about, and it's rare to find instructors who actually deliver both. The class variety is another huge draw. There's something for every mood and energy level — restorative, vinyasa, yin, power flow, even a sound bath — plus monthly specialty classes like Buti yoga that keep things exciting and give you a reason to keep coming back and trying something new. Jenny has clearly poured everything into creating a space that feels both energizing and calming at once. You walk in feeling comfortable immediately, and you leave feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. If you're looking for a studio that cares about the full experience — the space, the instruction, and the variety — Energy Studio is it. Can't recommend this place enough.
