I have severe anxiety when it comes to any kind of dental work . I must say for the first time I was truly ok during a procedure . I was sent here because of a dental emergency . Doc. Peinado and her team were very understanding and accommodating. I had an abnormal tooth root that was causing me a lot of pain. They took their time and made sure I was ok throughout the entire procedure ( molar root canal on a hooked root). I Will definitely use them for any further issues I may have . 10 out of 10 would recommend them to ANYONE who struggles with dental work.
I would like to give this office 10 stars. Dr Peinado, Justine, Karen and staff are amazing people. I am so appreciative of them for being professional and caring. I was having some tooth pain on Tuesday night and Wednesday. It was becoming more and more painful to the point where I didn’t think I was even going to be able to function. I have been a Greenberg patient for years. After contacting them which was difficult due to them not answering their phones consistently, the earliest I could get in would’ve been May 7th. My heart sank because there is no way I could’ve waited over a month with the amount of pain I was in. With some searching on Google, I found Endodontics Dental at Nocatee. I gave them a call at about 12:00pm and spoke to Karen at the Bartram office who was amazing and understanding of my situation. She immediately scheduled me for an appointment at 2pm at the Nocatee location. The appearance of the office was so nice and clean. I had some x rays done with Justine who is very knowledgeable and has passion for what she does. Then I met Dr Peinado who is very friendly and professional. She immediately began to work on me to relieve my pain. If it wasn’t for Dr Peinado and staff I would be pretty miserable person right now. I highly recommend seeing Dr Peinado and staff for your needs. They were my angels yesterday.
Dr Peinado is exceptionally knowledgeable in explaining the procedure to save my tooth. Her assistants are caring and efficient. PS she's nice.
Dr. Peinado is amazing! She is so personable and really cares about her patients. Her staff members are exceptional as well. I highly recommend her if you need a root canal! You won't be disappointed!
