Since we had such excellent service on a roof installation last year (2025), we decided to use Endless Summer roofing for a new roof on a rental property this year. Once again, we had an awesome experience. We had the same crew, which means we had an experienced crew who was able to complete our roof installation in one day!! Very happy with this company and their professionalism.
After sharing my initial concerns, Brian in Sales/Ops was awesome and came over the very next day to assess the issue. The estimate provided was extremely thorough with pictures detailing every aspect of what needed to be fixed. Work was performed within a week and a half and was completed in one day. The worker showed up on time, was courteous and thoroughly cleaned up the entire area and removed all debris. A final inspection was completed where I received a complete portfolio with after pictures showing details of what work was performed. From beginning to end, the people, the quote, the process and the timing were seemless and perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend and will definitely use again if the need should arise.
I chose this installer over several others because the owner, Tony, seemed genuine and trustworthy during our initial meeting. Given their high ratings, I was surprised by how this project actually went; it was a significant departure from what I expected. While the roof was completed quickly, the lack of onsite supervision created a major safety issue for my family. Despite the guaranteed cleanup promised in their professional brochure, my young children and I personally collected over 150 nails from our yard and driveway after the job was finalized. The supervisor joked that we might find "the last 5" nails, and the company mentioned we may find a few more after I raised concerns. However, we easily found over 100 nails even after the owner performed two of his own "final" sweeps. We also had to clean up discarded shingles left in our hedges and cigarette butts from our property. Beyond the safety hazards, a visible diagonal shading pattern has emerged across the roof. Upon reviewing GAF technical documentation, this pattern is a known symptom of an improper installation method (racking) for this shingle type. Given the lack of accountability and the very unprofessional tone in our final communications regarding my family’s safety, I have no confidence in their workmanship. I am sharing this so other homeowners are aware that a "Master Elite" title and a good initial impression do not guarantee professional oversight or a clean worksite.
I arranged for 2 homes to be reroofed, my dad's (architectural shingles) in Jacksonville Florida and ours (standing seam metal) in Hilliard Florida. Tony and Claudia were exceptionally pleasant to work with on both jobs. Their crew was polite and hard working. Cleanup afterwards was nearly perfect. Each job was fully completed on its scheduled day. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Endless Summer Roofing. From my initial contact through the completion of the re-roof at my home in Jacksonville, Florida, the entire process was seamless and highly professional. As a licensed home inspector with more than 12 years of experience, I frequently see poor roofing workmanship that results in leaks and expensive repairs. Because of that, I've become highly skeptical of roofers. There are hundreds of roofing contractors serving Northeast Florida, but after years of inspecting homes, I've developed a good sense of which companies consistently appear to do quality work. Based on that experience, I invited five contractors to bid on my own home. Their prices were all competitive, so my decision ultimately came down to the Project Manager, CJ McAlister. CJ was never pushy, but unlike several of the other companies, he consistently followed up, answered my questions, and addressed my concerns. Initially, I assumed "Project Manager" was simply another title for a salesperson. I quickly learned otherwise. CJ handled the permit, scheduling, and communication from start to finish, keeping me informed with emails and texts explaining exactly what to expect before the dumpster, material delivery, and installation. He visited the job site during the installation, checked in with the crew, and followed up afterward to ensure I was completely satisfied. On installation day, I took the day off so I could observe the entire process. Field Manager Caleb Sexton was exceptionally knowledgeable and proactive. Before I even asked, he walked me around the house and explained exactly how he planned to address several flashing details that concerned me. He also showed me every section of rotten roof decking that required replacement so I could see firsthand why additional charges were necessary. I appreciated that level of transparency. The crew corrected several issues left by the previous roofer. Around the chimney, they removed improperly installed wood trim, installed a proper flashing and counterflashing system, rebuilt the chimney cricket that had previously been removed, painted the rusting chimney chase cover, and replaced deteriorated sealant at the trim joints. In my experience, chimneys are one of the most common sources of roof leaks, yet they are often overlooked. Their attention to these details impressed me. They also installed factory-finished lead plumbing vent boots, which are more resistant to squirrel damage than standard lead boots. Finally, I expected to find at least a few roofing nails after the installation. Instead, more than a month later, I still haven't found a single stray nail anywhere on my roof or in my yard. As someone who inspects homes for a living, I don't give compliments lightly. Endless Summer Roofing earned my confidence through outstanding communication, transparency, exceptional workmanship, and attention to detail. I am genuinely grateful that I chose them for my re-roof and highly recommend CJ McAlister, Caleb Sexton, and the entire Endless Summer Roofing team to anyone looking for a roofing contractor in Jacksonville or anywhere in Northeast Florida.
