From the first meeting to the finished product the experience was fantastic. Our salesman Sam was knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. Victoria was a great resource of information and kept us in the loop the entire time. Kyle the site supervisor was great he kept the job on schedule. Our new Tri-County metal roof look amazing.
After getting quotes from most all the North Florida Owens Corning Platinum Roof installers. ELO was our choice. From getting the initial quote and contact with Sam, Victoria R then kept everyone in contact and updated us step by step the entire time. Kyle and his roof crew were topnotch. We went with the OC Duration shingles in the "Midnight Plum" color. Very happy we went with that color, combined with the great workmanship from ELO the roof turned out beautifully. They made it as much of a stress free process as possible, no hidden or surprise costs tacked on.(they were upfront on estimates and costs of rotten wood replacement and were spot on) Definitely recommend ELO Roofing for your roofing needs.
My thanks to ELO Roofing for the new roof! Today’s market is crowded with companies all claiming to have the same type of service, making it difficult to choose. I have found ELO Roofing to be a company that is reputable, professional and stands behind their workmanship. My thanks to Sam for taking the time to answer all my questions and coming by after the project was complete, Victoria R for providing administrative support behind the scenes and Jay who oversaw the project on site.
Good quality work and fast work. Dan represented the company very well. Kyle was on site for any questions and he also did a final inspection. The roof looks great and the clean up was very thorough. I was informed throughout the entire process and pictures were sent to me to show how the process was going. I would recommend ELO Roofing to anyone. Very professional and I’m very pleased with the outcome.
We are extremely satisfied with the job ELO Roofing did. The crew was professional, respectful, friendly, and non-stop busy! With temps in the high nineties they did not slow down! Clean up was thorough! Our roof looks great! Thanks to Mark Barber for helping to make this happen in a short amount of time!
